Summer Workouts

 Monday – Thursday 4PM – 7PM until June 23rd

4-4:45 – Weights

5-5:45 – Conditioning, Speed, and Agility

6-7 – Monday & Wednesday Basketball Position Skills for Girls 

         Tuesday & Thursday Football Position Skills

Girls and Boys at all events except football unless girls are playing football.

Anyone who needs transportation will need to notify Coach Johnson no later than 12:30 PM. 

Students should not show up earlier than 3:45 PM unless their parents wait with them.
